The workplace is in need of healing; meaning conflict resolution. We spend most of our waking hours at our places of employment. Why do co-workers constantly beat up on one another? Most employees think this is normal or natural behavior. The Philistines may be upon us but they do not have to win. Disagreement is fine when trying to reach resolution.
